“As a sophomore, I served as the Lead Illustrator for my high school’s team in the 2015 Vans Custom Culture Contest. I guided the visual direction and hand-illustrated detailed concepts for our customized Vans shoes, collaborating with a team of student artists to bring our interpretations of the contest’s themes to life. My school placed Top 5 in the nation, winning $4,000 for our school’s art department, and a trip to NYC for the finals.”
